Rent typically includes furniture, regular maintenance of appliances and common areas. Electricity, water, internet, and cable are the tenant's responsibility.

The security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent and deposits for utilities billed monthly by the landlord; all deposits are refundable at the end of your lease, subject to terms and conditions. 

In addition to the last month's rent which must be paid on signing of the lease.

We offer flexible lease terms, but our standard lease term is 12 months.

Yes, each apartment comes with at least one designated parking spot.
